The sad story of a child who got influenced to join a suicide challenge /game that ended up taking his life, is sad reality. It shows the ardent danger in online usage especially for teens and underaged. Unsupervised access, curiosity or even peer pressure will make your teens/ children to join bad gangs or do wrong things online. This is why you need trigger warnings to help them to stay safe online.

Some of these trigger warning are:

• Always supervise internet usage of your kids
• Give a minimum and maximum period of time in which the individual can use the internet.
• Encourage them to do other works or physical activities that wouldn’t involve the use of the internet, for example; reading a physical book or playing a card game
